3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• 1-on-1 Coaching & Consulting: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.
• Subscription Services: Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
4. Privacy Policy
DTA, LLC collects and stores personal data necessary for account management, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, courses, live streams, trade breakdowns, and proprietary strategies, is the intellectual property of DTA, LLC. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
We strive to maintain a professional learning environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or sharing of paid content without permission will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. Payment & Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize DTA, LLC to charge your provided payment method for the selected service.
Payments must be made in full before service delivery. Any failed or disputed transactions may result in the cancellation of services.
DTA, LLC reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time, but changes will not affect prior purchases.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service has been provided.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24-hour notice via email. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
DTA, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service at its discretion. In such cases, affected clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future services.

5. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

DTA, LLC does not guarantee any specific financial results from its coaching or consultation services. Trading and investing involve significant risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any trading decisions and financial outcomes resulting from the information provided.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact DTA, LLC before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action and the termination of all future services.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and strategies shared by DTA, LLC are proprietary and for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.
Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without explicit written consent from DTA, LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

DTA, LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Cancellation Polcies

Cancellation Policy

At Decipher The Algo, LLC (“DTA, LLC”), we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching or consultation sessions. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Client
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be non-refundable and non-transferable to another session.

2. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
Multiple no-shows may result in suspension of services at our discretion.
3. Cancellation by DTA, LLC
In the rare event that DTA, LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible.
Clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
Single Sessions: Non-refundable if canceled by the client within 24 hours of the appointment.
Packages & Subscriptions: If a refund request is made before any sessions are used, a partial refund may be issued, subject to an administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Services: Digital products, pre-recorded courses, and other non-live coaching materials are non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a session once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation, and the session fee will be forfeited.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Clients on subscription-based coaching services must request cancellation at least 7 days before their next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted via email.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is initiated through Stripe or any other payment processor without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to terminate future service eligibility.
8. Policy Updates
DTA, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
